IN EXCERCISE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED BY SECTION 284(1) OF THE CANTONMENTS ACT, 1924 (II of 1924) THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL OF THE UNITED PROVINCES OF AGRA AND OUDH IS PLEASED TO CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING BYELAWS FRAMED BY THE CANTONMENT AUTHORITY DEHRADUN. |

| DEFINITION -
In these byelaws 'meat' means the flesh of horned cattle, goats swine or sheep intended for human or animal consumption. |

A license granted to any person under section 210 of Cantonments Act, 1924, may contain any conditions which the Cantonment authority may think fit to impose with respect to the following matters: |

In the case of butchers and sellers of poultry, game or fish. |

2. |
The apparatus and coverings to be used in the operations of their trade, and |
|
|
3. |
The places at which, and the manner in which, meat, poultry, game or fish may be exposed for sale. |
