Layout and Location of Streets - Subject to the provisions of section 181 of the Act, the Cantonment Authority may make adequate provisions for the laying out and location of streets within the Cantonment. The regular line of street shall be granted on such conditions as the Cantonment Authority may think of and in granting such permission care shall be taken that no encroachment is made upon the regular line of the street. |
